User Research / Usability Testing

In preparation for the redesign of Milupa.de I was hired to conduct qualitative user research in the form of several extensive user interviews with young mothers of babies and toddlers to gain valuable insights for the approach to the new website. The interviews took place mainly face-to-face but also remotely via Skype. Subsequently, I analyzed the results of the interviews and summarized them to a recommendation.

At a later stage of the project I also conducted an expert review of the “Milupa Pocket Mum” app.
