Information Architecture / Content Strategy / User Testing

To prepare and support the launch of the official Mercedes-Benz Online Store, I was hired as the responsible Senior UX Designer by Experience One, the agency in charge of the project. After the launch the team focused on the further development of the store including new templates and features.

My tasks were:

  • Functional and content-related coordination
  • Continuous, close communication with various teams and stakeholders
  • Wireframing in Sketch and detailed specification of modules and functionalities in Confluence
  • Creation of new modules
  • Coordination of copy production including setup and maintenance of copybooks
  • UX writing & copywriting
  • Content management
  • Preparation and analysis of user tests (rapid interviews)
  • QA
